Worth noting here is two things, first the
which encodes not the spelling, but the pronunciation of Neuen (noo-yen); and the second is the штрассе part of Кёнигштрассе, which encodes strasse. Now, the way you'd learn to pronounce this word would be something like (straasseh), whereas the way most German dialects really do pronounce it is more like (shtraasseh) - which gets encoded in the Russian transscription.
